Residential Services : Service List

  • Pre-placement Interview

    Potential residents are interviewed to determine if they are a good match for our treatment modality.

  • Transportation scheduled on a case-by-case basis

    Transportation to the facility is coordinated with referring agency.

  • Intake completed by trained staff

    The intake is completed as soon as the resident arrives by two Clear Vision trained staff.

  • Medical and Dental Exams

    Completed during specified timeframes as per DHS regulations. Clear Vision follows up on any recommendations. Referring agency is involved during the entire process.

  • Neuropsychological Evaluations

    These evaluations are completed by a Ph.D. Neuropsychologist and trained staff. Read More

  • Individual Service Plans

    Completed within 30 days of admission. Referring agency, along with all parties involved with this resident are encouraged to attend the ISP meeting. The purpose of the ISP meeting is to discuss length of stay, goals and possible discharge resources. The neuropsychological testing and past history leading to placement are reviewed as well.

  • On-Site Education

  • Educational/Therapeutic Interventions

    Assertiveness training, violence prevention, conflict resolution, drug/alcohol, PTSD, healthy relationships, parenting, HIV/AIDS/STD, self esteem, victimization, wellness/healthy living, and survivors of sexual assault. Read More

  • Life Skills Training

    Cooking, cleaning, basic home, laundry, interview skills, budgeting time and finances

  • Family Counseling

    Is goal oriented so that optimum participation is achieved.

  • Activities

    Outdoor and Indoor recreation. Art, dance, proper etiquette, cultural activities, and various outings.

  • Community-Based Resources

    Local college interns, involvement with numerous causes, Personal Care Homes, parks, attend local college and high school events, theater, etc.
