Admission decisions are based on a complete review of all available information regarding the child’s needs.  If she is an appropriate referral, a pre-placement interview will be scheduled.  Upon acceptance into Clear Vision an admission date and time is set with the referring agency.   Issues/concerns are discussed with the referring agency, the family and other agencies that may be involved.
